Shipping destination

Shedora currently ships only to valid addresses within the United States.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free for eligible United States orders. Any different charge, if applicable, will be shown before payment.

Processing and delivery

Orders are generally processed and delivered within an estimated total window of 6–14 business days. This estimate includes supplier processing and transit time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, customs reviews, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Order tracking

When tracking becomes available, it will be sent to the email address used at checkout. Tracking activity may take several business days to appear after the order enters fulfillment.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if a correction is required. We cannot guarantee an address change after an order has entered fulfillment.

Delays and cancellation

If we learn that an order cannot ship within the promised or legally applicable timeframe, we will contact you and provide the options required by applicable law, which may include accepting a revised date or cancelling the unshipped order for a refund.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments
