RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to feel confident ordering from Shedora. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

RETURN WINDOW

You may request a return within 30 days after your order is marked delivered. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and returned with any original packaging.

STARTING A RETURN

Before sending anything back, contact us at santnavarro08@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the return is due to our error.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

REFUNDS

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the refund appears.

CANCELLATIONS

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or fulfillment. If we cannot fulfill an order, or if a shipment is delayed beyond the applicable promised timeframe and you do not agree to the delay, you may cancel for a prompt refund.

EXCEPTIONS

For hygiene and safety reasons, used items cannot be returned unless they are defective. Gift cards and items marked final sale, if offered, are non-returnable except where required by law.
